Called the Grand Panevino it is set in a courtyard across the road from the Friendship monument. It has a whole page of gluten free meals on the back page of the menu. The food ranges from pasta dishes to lamb and vegetables. I had the latter and it was delicious.

Gluten free menu on the back is awesome. I had the spaghetti and it was delicious. I am super symptomatic and I didn’t get sick, you can see inside the kitchen and I watched them clean everything and make mine separately. Great experience :)

They have a separate page at the back of the menu with gluten free dishes including pastas.
I ordered the veal ragu penne and a glass of wine.
Something happened in the kitchen with my order. I don't know if the order was forgotten or what but it took 1hr to get my meal as I watched tables who had come I after me get their meals.
I was going to leave a low review but the server and manager both apologized and the manager actually comped my entire bill including the wine.
This is something I've never seen in my travels in Europe and thought it was worth mentioning.
Overall, despite the long wait, I give the place 5 stars for fixing the problem.
Oh yeah, the pasta was good.

They had a gluten free section on the menu and had a nice lunch there. Would recommend this place if you are looking for a gluten free lunch or dinner.

I felt rather good here. The waiter immediately knew. There is a small gf section on the menu. The waiter pointed out the additional options from the daily menu. I ended up with Safran risotto with shrimps and almonds. When an other waiter later came and asked about coffee, I casually asked about desert. He immediately said they have something not on the menu, which ended up being an amazing slightly warm hazelnut chocolate cake. I had not dared to expect anything freshly baked while in Tirana. - I also enjoyed the outdoor seating and being able to pay by credit card. Yes, it is a bit more expensive.

Hotel Restaurant with a small gluten free menu. The lead waiter was knowledgeable about celiac but it was not clear if the rest of the staff understood gluten free food due to my amazing ability to speak 3 Albanian words (poorly). The food was very good but relatively expensive due to it being part of an fancy hotel.
