menu was labeled gf plus waitress checked to make sure (it was her first day and she was great) this was my best meal in st thomas had the curry delight with wahoo added its was so fresh and cooked to perfection. the menu changes with what local fish they get.

We had an amazing GF experience at Pangea, Alex and his team were more aware than any other place I’ve found on the island. Not only was my Celiac daughter safe we had an outrageously delicious meal! Couldn’t recommend enough!

Gluten friendly marked for appetizers, no entrees except bowls. Waitress needed training and thought gluten was in rice and corn (technically yes, but not the gluten we care about!) fresh and good ingredients, sustainable, but not very flavorful

Pangea is a new restaurant that is quickly building a reputation for great food, drinks and service. The menu has gluten free/ vegan options and the staff is knowledgeable about dietary concerns including celiacs. The ambiance is casual chic and has a beautiful view of St. John and BVI.
