This place was fantastic. The atmosphere and the view are beautiful. I had the chicken fajitas and so did both of my children(both Celiac) and we had no issues. My son also had a side order of seasoned rice with no problem. It was delicious and we all highly recommend this restaurant.

We came here on our first night. It was conveniently located to our condo. We split the fajitas, I got sick. It seemed like the waitress was really trying, but seemed new.

Such a cute place. GF options labeled on menu. The Mexican bowl was great. But I got eaten alive by some sort of mosquitos or fly! I would recommend bug spray!

What a wonderful experience! The place has so much personality!! So cutely decorated! The food is amazing! Incredible presentations! Most everything is gluten free and very well versed in safe preparation. Worth the drive. Not to be missed on a St Thomas trip!

We went to Pangea specifically because the online menu was clearly marked with several GF options and I'm so glad we did!

The atmosphere is simply wonderful, the staff very friendly and actually knowledgeable about celiac disease.

Our server helped me choose what to eat and when I wanted an appetizer that was mostly GF but came with bread, worked with me to switch out tostones instead.

I didn't feel like my celiac disease diminished my experience here at all they were so good about it.

Each course had several GF options to choose from as well. I wish all restaurants were this good!

Amazing meal, drinks, and service!! The chef came out to confirm the poke was made with tamari (and delicious!) with tostones in a dedicated fryer. All the bowls were gluten free and the Mexican one was delicious and so fresh! They even made sure the dessert (vanilla ice cream with berry compote and chocolate) was gluten free and even that was incredible.

menu was labeled gf plus waitress checked to make sure (it was her first day and she was great) this was my best meal in st thomas had the curry delight with wahoo added its was so fresh and cooked to perfection. the menu changes with what local fish they get.

We had an amazing GF experience at Pangea, Alex and his team were more aware than any other place I’ve found on the island. Not only was my Celiac daughter safe we had an outrageously delicious meal! Couldn’t recommend enough!

Gluten friendly marked for appetizers, no entrees except bowls. Waitress needed training and thought gluten was in rice and corn (technically yes, but not the gluten we care about!) fresh and good ingredients, sustainable, but not very flavorful

Pangea is a new restaurant that is quickly building a reputation for great food, drinks and service. The menu has gluten free/ vegan options and the staff is knowledgeable about dietary concerns including celiacs. The ambiance is casual chic and has a beautiful view of St. John and BVI.
