Review of Panino's Eastside

First off our waitress was absolutely fantastic she knew about gluten free and did not hesitate to check with the kitchen about what she was unsure of. They have gluten free pasta and pizza crust and most of the wraps can be made in a dish. I had the Gino with the sausage (the other meat is meatballs for this dish and obviously meatballs are not gluten free) it was super cheesy and there red sauce was perfect complete to this dish put in a small bowl for dipping. I look forward to my next meal at this establishment
