Best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had!!! The Detroit style was amazing, highly recommend!!!!
Back again and Fred was our waiter, fantastic food and service!!
Absolutely incredible. I haven’t had Detroit style pizza since my celiac diagnosis, so I may have been a bit emotional as I ate this. If you’re in the Chicago/O’Hare area, get you some!

It was amazing pizza and they understood gluten free.
This was sooo good I went here with my family and we tried all three of the gluten free pizzas and we all loved them. We also got the bread sticks which were so good especially with the sauce. Fred was so nice too. Definitely come here it was so good.
Best. Pizza. Ever! Even my gluten eating husband tried it and was amazed! Fred was so helpful. They have WAAAAY more GF options than are listed on their menu so just ask. Seriously just go. You won’t be sorry.

Not not did honor win a gold metal for a gluten free pizza, he invented an amazing Detroit-style that was better then anything I’ve eaten! The deep dish was crispy cheese on the edges and light crust inside. Amazing, as was friendly service from Ilayda and the famous Fred. Hope to be back soon.
Went here for Mothers Day since it was rated well on the app. It did not disappoint!! 3 choices of pizza types! I tried Detroit style and it was delicious!! Only ate about 1/3 so brought the rest home. Had gf bread sticks for an appetizer. Also delicious!!
Gluten free pizza was the best we have ever had! Fred aka Bobby was the best and understood what celiac is. We felt very safe eating here and did not get sick. Do not hesitate to try this place out!
Absolutely incredible. Breadsticks, pasta, pizza (3 style options), and dessert! They can make so many things gluten free too if you just ask. I shared the breadsticks, Detroit style pizza, and Mac and cheese (kids menu but they can make GF) and it was all delicious. So much food I have leftovers for days lol but one of the best safest meals I’ve had in awhile!
It was a treat to have three types of pizza as gluten free options. I had never had Detroit style before. It was delicious.. a rectangular, deep, cheesy crust and large portion. So glad I tried it.
I wasn't very hopeful to find good tasting gluten free food when traveling to Chicago, but I was so wrong! Our server Frank was knowledgeable and assuring of what goes into the food and he was. I wound up getting the gf cheesy garlic bread and a pan-style pizza and it was so good! Thank you so much! I hope to return there for dinner for any future trips!
Amazing. Delicious pizza, knowledgeable staff, super accommodating to multiple needs of our party. I will go out of my way to go back next time I’m in town. Especially since I didn’t have time to say for gluten free dessert! -super sensitive celiac. No issues! ❤
So amazing! I read about this place on this app and I’m so happy my hotel is located so close by. To summarize, I ordered the pan pizza for delivery and I went to check my receipt to double check it was actually gluten free. WOW!! Very delicious! I’m in town another day and I plan to order again tomorrow! :)
The Detroit style pizza is delicious! No tell-tale signs of being glutened. We haven’t had Panino’s in years, since before diagnosis. After reading reviews on here, we gave it a try. Our server, Melissa, told us she was new and didn’t know much about gluten but she went and asked someone else all our questions. Found out the owners daughter has celiac so they are very familiar and conscientious about preparations. I also had a side salad with ranch (other options were oil and vinegar and a lemon vinaigrette). I’m so excited to now have another place to eat at added to our short list!
Ordered online for pickup and Fred called immediately regarding my notes that I was celiac and to please ensure no cross contamination. He informed me they are not dedicated gluten free, but that they haven’t had anyone get sick to their knowledge. I ordered a pepperoni/sausage pizza & breadsticks. I had the gluten friendly wings on order as well, but was informed they’re made in a shared fryer. Also informed the ranch in not gluten free. So I removed the wings from the order on the call with Fred. Did NOT get sick :)
Best pizza I’ve had since being gluten free! Our server, Fred, was amazing!! We found our new favorite spot. Order the Detroit style pizza…you won’t regret it.
Our experience was wonderful. Our server Fred was amazing, kind and knowledgeable. My son has celiac and he said the pizza is his new favorite (he is a tough critic too). He has the GF cheese bread, grilled octopus and GF pizza all delicious! They also can do any pasta with GF pasta. On top of all this the atmosphere was so cozy, warm and inviting. We will definitely be back! Also we had a large group of 11, 7 of which were kids and they were so welcoming. Would give more stars of I could!

The gluten free Detroit style is unbelievable, hard to believe it’s gluten free. It’s the best GF pizza I have ever had, hands down.
This was probably the best gluten free dining experience I’ve had in ~5 years of having Celiac disease! Our waiter Fred was super knowledgeable of all the gluten free options and walked me through the menu and what modifications could be made to the items. I definitely will be returning! Thank you Fred for your care and amazing service!
I have had their great gf pizza as take out many times. My favorite is the GF Detroit pizza. Tonight we ate inside for the first time. It was marvelous! Our waiter Fred was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I had the gf pasta with short rib Ragu. It was soooo good! We started with the chopped salad which had grilled chicken and fresh ingredients. Dinner was great and filling and we had the best server:)
Enjoyed this adorable restaurant where darling Fred gave great service again to this celiac diner. Helped me navigate the menu and also helped pick great wine. Appy was shared and delicious. Had the octopus appy and gf Detroit style pizza. The portion of pizza is large, expect sharing or leftovers. I enjoyed the thick crust which is a unicorn with gf pizza and the crispy baked cheese on the crust. Honestly I prefer a thinner crust so it wasn’t my absolute favorite pizza but it was a great experience and I would go back. Highly recommend
I recently visited Panino Pizza in Park Ridge and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience. The gluten-free options were some of the best I've ever had and the Detroit style pizza was nothing short of fabulous. The crust was crispy and the toppings were deliciously fresh.
But what really made the experience special was the service. Fred went above and beyond in not only helping us understand the menu, but also taking the time to walk us through the app and how to better understand it. His knowledge and enthusiasm really made the experience that much better.
Overall, I highly recommend Panino Pizza to anyone looking for delicious food and exceptional service. You won't be disappointed!
Hands down the best gluten free and dairy free pizza I have ever had!
Pizza was great! It is a treat to get GF deep dish/Sicilian style pizza. They can modify many of their dishes to make them GF. Our server Fred was super helpful and friendly. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Amazing pizza and great customer service! Fred was so helpful in our delivery order and answered all our questions and gave great recommendations. He was really knowledgable and understanding about our gluten free needs. Seriously so happy to find a delicious deep dish pizza AND breadsticks!! ❤ Thanks Fred!!

This hidden gem is amazing. They say “gluten friendly” but take all the precautions. Imagine my joy at having cheese sticks as an appetizer! And the Detroit style pizza was amazing. I had no reactions to the food that night or the next when I ate my leftovers! If we lived closer (we’re from Omaha) we would be here all the time.
Amazing little Italian place in such a beautiful neighborhood! The server Charlie (I think that’s his name) was such an awesome server and such a cute kid. He was also Gluten Free so he knew the best options. They have multiple different pizza options, breadsticks, and all kinds of pasta.
The best gluten free pizza I have ever had. They are so understanding and very safe with their procedures. A variety of options. The staff is beyond friendly and welcoming. There is a very cozy environment and they treat everyone like friends and family. 100% recommend to anyone who wants delicious pizza, pasta and so much more.
My GF daughter loves the cheesy breadsticks and chicken wings. Also appreciate the variety of GF options & that they are clearly marked on a separate section of the menu.

We are from out of town/state, but made the trek over from O’hare after a family vacation just to try it. Detroit pan style, bread sticks, and Flourless chocolate cake were all delicious. Family of 4 with 3 celiacs and no reactions. GF Thick crust pizza is a treat!
Very impressed with this restaurant. We just had dinner here and everything about this place was great. Outstanding and impeccable service and quality of food. Our server Nate was fantastic. So friendly, charming and hard working. We upfront explained our daughter is GF because she’s celiac and he knew how to respond and assured us that they take all necessary precautions. We ordered her a gluten free pizza and garlic bread for appetizer. Pizza was cooked on its own separate pan. Everything was a hit, cooked to perfection. We finished with a flourless chocolate cake, delicious! Nate was so attentive and made us feel so welcome. We even briefly spoke to one of the owners, Gino. He shared his story about the restaurant and even explained he has family with celiac. You could really tell that he took time into perfecting his quality of pizza dough. Other workers were also checking in on us and making sure we were taken care of. Thank you for such an enjoyable and delicious meal! My daughter gives two thumbs up! We will be back again soon and can’t wait for our next pizza feast!
I ordered the detroit style gluten free pizza. Hands down the best! Even my non gf husband said it tasted like the real deal pizza crust. I had no issues and will stop again when in the area to try another gf crust! They also have pasta, but I didn't try that. Service was also amazing!

The Detroit Style Gluten Free Pizza is what I’ve been dreaming of! They also have thin crust and pasta available. Truly delicious and never a reaction.
I can only speak about their chicken wings. They are very good! I do not have celiac. I have sensitivity with gluten. Headaches.
