The waiter asked if anyone had allergies which I hadn’t encountered yet in Medellin. They were nice about going back and asking the kitchen questions. They didn’t have GF soy sauce but said no sushi had any soy sauce put on there, only on the side. Did the tuna tartar and it was delicious; didn’t get sick and the spicy mayo was a good GF sauce alternative
