By far the best pizza I have ever had! Courteous knowledgeable staff was a plus. If you’re in Rome don’t miss it!!
Great pizza! They really do know about celiaki. Highly recommended :)
Easy gluten free. The food left a little bit to be desired compared to other places in this city. Still a good meal though.
We went to this restaurant because of the gluten free options, but the gluten free is so good that the dishes we had you wouldn’t know they were gluten free. They really take food allergies serious. If your gluten free they put a red bottle on your table to alert any staff helping you. They accommodate other allergies as well using colored bottles on those tables also. We actually went twice to this restaurant because of the options and quality of food. We had the gnocchi’s with salmon and brandy sauce twice as they were cooked perfectly and the sauce had great flavor. We also tried a seafood risotto which I would have again, but it didn’t all the flavor of the brandy sauce. The salad had tuna, egg, mozzarella, olives and many other ingredients, was large and a definite repeat. It looked like they had good gluten free deserts, but we never saved room for it. The restaurant has a bright, but soothing atmosphere and the staff was very helpful. You definitely need a reservation if your going during prime hours. We would definitely recommend this restaurant and hopefully get to return.
Nice but disappointed. Pizza was just ok and I MIGHT have gotten glutened. Crust was better than sauce and toppings, but overall wasn’t anything better than I’ve had in the states.
WOW - a must visit if you are Coeliac. Cute little place hidden away but close to everything. Staff were lovely, very helpful and totally understood my situation. Chef even visited our table to say he could do anything Gluten Free. This was my first meal in Rome in our 2 week holiday - so I was nervous. Never needed to worry at all. They totally looked after me. The food was supper tasty and the BEST lasagna I have EVER had in my life. It just melted in my mouth - wonderful. They are accredited with Coeliac society. Highly recommend this restaurant. ENJOY!
Fabulous restaurant accredited to Italian coeliac society. Staff very knowledgeable excellent system in place to make all staff aware of needs. Good selection of food including pizza and pasta. Absolutely delicious. I’m coeliac but my husband isn’t and he loved the food too. Strongly recommend.
The food was delicious and the staff was very knowledgeable! We really enjoyed our food. The atmosphere was very nice and relaxing.
This place had lots of GF options and staff were very knowledgeable, but I was disappointed overall and wonder if the great reviews are based simply on GF standards. Overall we were all disappointed in the quality of the food.
Great little restaurant 50m down a quiet side street that is right next to the Pantheon. My wife lived the GF food. Lots of choice including great Bruschetta (bread). Happy wife, happy life.
Loved it, all of it. The service, atmosphere, and the GF food was excellent. Catered for my DF wife as well. Very knowledgeable about GF and other allergies. Best place we visited in Rome. Highly recommend!
They are definitely knowledgeable about celiac and have plenty of choices and I’m sure the food is safe. The 3 non -celiacs I was with thought their food was excellent (they all had pasta). But my pizza, which I was so looking forward to, had a crust that tasted like it was from a frozen package and was undercooked as well. The toppings were yummy. The staff was extremely nice. Based on all the other reviews I feel like maybe I was there on an off night. It’s worth a try if safety is a bigger concern for you than having excellent pizza. The grilled veggie appetizer I had was very good.
Great GF pizza close to Pantheon. Excellent service.
They give you a special bottle to ensure everyone knows you're eating GF. Gluten free fried zucchini flowers stuffed with cheese and anchovies... I'm in heaven!
This restaurant was amazing! The staff is so nice and understands celiac disease. Best gluten free restaurant I went to in Rome, I was back 3 times! Everything on the menu can be made gluten free so you won’t miss out on the yummy food!
We had a relaxing, delightful dinner of lasagne for my non-GF husband and a pizza with cheese, arugula (called rocket here in Rome) plus thick sliced dried beef on corn and rice flour gf crust for myself. I'd eat here again. Friendly fast service. Gluten free certified restaurant by the government and knowledgeable staff! When I inquired what "rocket" is on the menu, our server went to the kitchen and brought it out to show me. It's arugula. My arugula, cheese and dried beef pizza was so big and filling. Very puffy crust of corn and rice flours Tasty! My non GF husband had the lasagne which is so cheesy and tasty as well. He would've liked meat in it, but it's not offered that way. Give this restaurant a try... The street looks like an alleyway, yet is very safe. Highly recommend you try them. Where else do not only the staff tell you good bye, but so did the chef from his window viewing the street!
The staff was so kind and helpful. I had the seafood risotto, which was really delicious, as well as the gluten free tiramisù for dessert, which was also delicious. For larger parties, call ahead/make a reservation. It’s a very small restaurant with limited seating. It’s right next to the Pantheon, and is incredibly affordable for a delicious meal. Will definitely be back!
Very gluten-free friendly. They can do anything on their menu gluten free including the calamari. We had a great meal and it was fairly inexpensive to boot.
This place was very close to us and I was excited to try since it had so many good ratings. It was just ok. My son’s pizza was good, but my ravioli and tirimisu was just ok. The waitress wasn’t rude, but not very friendly either.
They had little gluten free signs and were very helpful! Had pizza, pasta, salad, and tiramisu- all gluten free!!
We went there twice! Reliably good gluten free options and all three Celiac sufferers felt very safe. Good pasta, better pizza.
Gluten free Saftey: 5 stars. They give you a special sign at your table and staff is super knowledgeable Food: 3.5 the ravioli was not fantastic. A little cold and the food came out at different times. It tasted like it had been frozen but it was still safe ravioli so that’s special for celiac
definitely knew their GF menu and were cery accomodating. All of their deserts were availble GF. Very friendly and helpful staff. Don’t be fooled by its location, first class place.
This place was amazing! We loved it so much we ate here twice. We enjoyed the quiet alley and sitting outside. Would definitely recommend.
GF Ravioli! So so SO good! The pizza was also amazing and the staff friendly and very knowledgeable. Made me wish I lived around the corner ❤️ Will come back! Updated review: Six hours later and my tummy is perfectly fine! So definitely Gluten Free!
The staff was very knowledgable about their gluten-free offerings. We enjoyed pizza and gnocchi! Felt safe eating here, had no problems, so we went back again.
Great place, gnocchi was excellent, pizza was crispy. The gluten free beer was made with barley malt tho, I was suspicious, so check your labels.
Visited tonight, brilliant!! Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful
Third day in Rome and the best place I ate. I uploaded my pictures of bruscetta (bread was excellent) 4 euros , gnocchi which isn't always easy to find gluten-free 10 euros and tiramisu. House white wine was excellent and only 3 euros. Small hole in the wall place down an alley that turned out to be my favorite.
great gluten free gnocchi and tiramisu! they have more gf
Could make a variety of pastas and pizza gluten free and it was the best pizza I had in Rome as a Celiac. Something about the dough and sauce made it absolutely spectacular!
Loved it!! I have Celiac but the rest of my family is not. Everyone loved the selections. We ate here twice while in Rome and both times had excellent food and service!! The GF pizza was great!!
I had their amazing GF Pizza! I was impressed that my and my friend's pizza crust looked almost identical compared to most American restaurants where I covet my neighbor's pizza and how much better it looks. The location is adorable, tucked away down a small street literally next to the Pantheon that is quiet and serene just steps away from huge crowds of tourists. I highly recommend Pantha Rei!
gluten free marked on the menu, staff friendly, good price in comparison to other restaurants in the tourist areas, as i was told by some locals. all and all good choice, not very cute restaurant, basic
Great. Was told I could have anything on the menu except 3 side dishes which contained breadcrumbs. Location - face the pantheon then go up the slope on the left. It is past the ice cream shop down an alley on the left. Lovely
very good food with Nice prices near Panthéon :)
very friendly staff. Delicious food and every pasta dish has Gluten free option. Value for money is pretty good too. I highly recommend.
Je recommande ce restaurant. Les pizzas sans gluten sont très bonne. Le personnel serviable. Tous peut être sans gluten pour 2€ en supplément.
Wonderful place down a quiet alley. Don't pass this place. The service was wonderful. My son was able to have a stellar gf pizza. Unbelievably delicious. I had a gf fettuccine, which is hard to come by.
Amazing pizza - and pretty cheap for Rome! Service was quick and wine was excellent. Don't be put off by the fact that it's down an alleyway - it just means you can get away from the tourist mayhem! 100% recommended
Big signs out front right next to the pantheon that say it's AIC certified. The first things they asked when we sat down was "are you gluten free?" All of the pastas (except ravioli) and pizzas are available gluten free. Great opportunity to try different Italian sauces and eat safely.
