Review of Pao by Paul Qui

This is an excellent restaurant at Faena Hotel on South Beach. The menu labels every item that contains gluten, and also denotes vegetarian, lactose, and raw items. The waiter was excellent at making sure that everything I ordered was gluten free, and even slightly altered some of the items so that they were gluten free.
