Wonderful experience. They don’t have a separate kitchen or fryer but I was lucky enough to bump into the amazing owner of the establishment who sat down with me and offered her guidance. In the end, I had a chicken sizzler which was altered to accommodate my needs. Also has a burrata without their gluten ingredients. They have gluten free pizza and gluten free brownie.
