All the managers are extremely knowledgeable about celiac disease. They made sure everything was taken care of and they even have a gluten free menu. Make sure to say you have celiac disease. And the managers even informed me about the chips (they have them marked not gluten free) but after talking to the managers they explained their chip process. I decided to take the risk on the chips and I can say that I’m very sensitive to gluten but I have not had any reaction from their chips and I’ve eaten them 5 times on different location.
