Papa's Tapas

After reading the reviews my fiancée and I were excited to try this restaurant. It has been a long time since any recent reviews but we thought we would give it a try. We were extremely disappointed. The waiter’s response when asked what was GF was “You pick something and I’ll tell you if it’s gluten free or not”. There were little to no things on the menu that were gluten free and worse our waiter was extremely rude when we did ask if certain items were gluten free.

I had great service and great food. It’s a bonus that it’s a small, family owned restaurant.

Celiac friendly?

Yes

Visiting Delray and came across this place through the App. My daughter has celiac and I have an intolerance. Neither of us got sick and it was the best Spanish meal we’ve ever had at a restaurant. There is no doubt the next time we are in the area we will return. Staff was super nice as well and asked questions in the kitchen that we needed answered.

Excellent tapas menu as well as full lunch and dinner menu. All fresh made. Most items naturally gluten free. Great sangria.
