The waitress was great in terms of guiding me in what I could eat. Their menu wasn’t marked so I stuck with obvious choices all of which she confirmed were gluten free. I started with the hooliberg salad which was really tasty and had the Neptune for dinner. The dish was lobster, fish & shrimp served on a hot stone that continued cooking at the table. A different waitress took our dessert order and wasn’t as confident in the gluten free options so I stuck with ice cream and a merengue. When she brought dessert to the table she confirmed with the kitchen that it was gluten free so that made me feel better. This was one of my favorite meals of the trip. Super super tasty and I had no reaction.
