My family of 4 dined here September 2022 during our trip to Aruba. Two of us have serious health conditions with gluten sensitivity. We are both 100% gluten-free.
The menu is not marked GF, but the waiter checked with the chef for us. A lot of items are naturally GF, which I often find in French cooking. I got the duck with passion fruit sauce & cacao drizzle. I had flan for dessert. Both were good!
However, I’m not sure how trusting I am of their cross contamination protocols in the kitchen. I would ask to speak with the chef myself in retrospect.
