Puerto Rican food that was actually on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives—they even have a painted cookie sheet on the wall with Guy Fieri’s picture. There aren’t tons of gluten free options—just the rice bowls without the fried plantains. I did mention gluten free at the register, and they had a booklet. Also the menu is marked with GF. I got the shrimp rice bowl, and they said they could give me extra salad or rice since I couldn’t have the fried plantains. I opted for extra yellow rice, but maybe I should’ve gotten a salad instead because it was just six shrimp with a big bowl of yellow rice. It was pretty good but not very filling and kind of expensive for what I got. My family loved their regular gluten filled food. If I go there again, I might try a pork rice bowl and see if it’s more filling. I’ll also submit some photos below.
