Absolutely delish i would highly recommend. I’m also sensitive to dairy and they were so amazing about it. The garlic bread is to die for and the sauce it comes with. The restaurant is on the smaller side but it is so pretty on the inside and the staff is great. Definitely will visit again if im back in the area!

The reviews were correct! I had the GF lager, GF pizza and the GF bread. It's nice to have your own menu to order from. The waitress was knowledgeable and sweet. Her friend has Celiac so she was very aware and caring. I had so much food I had to take it back because the portions are large. I wish we had this place near me.

My celiac daughter and I ate here for dinner. It was nice to have GF garlic bread. I had a caprese salad and we shared a GF pizza. They use Schar products so it’s nothing fancy. But nice to have options with servers and staff who are knowledgeable

Very good gluten free food from a separate menu. Highly recommended. If you come here when it is not busy, your food comes quickly. One time, I came on a busy Sat evening, it took 45 minutes for my entree.

I ordered the garlic bread and the GF pasta bolognese. It was sooooo delicious. I haven’t had gluten free garlic bread in years and this made my day! The staff is very kind. If you ask, they have an entire printed gluten free menu with lots of options, including desert.

The “gluten free” garlic bread tasted too good to be true - I had a sense that ciabatta wasn’t gluten free - it wasn’t :( learned the hard way, sick for two days.

Extensive GF menu which states they use Schar pasta and bread. Garlic bread was nicely prepared Schar rolls, but I'd ask for more garlic next time. GF eggplant parmesan was not on the menu, although shrimp, chicken and veal were. I asked and got GF eggplant parmesan and pasta. Delicious, and the same price as my cousin's which was not GF. Wonderful old school Manhattan Italian Restaurant. I did not get sick.

We Nima tested 2 pasta dishes they claimed were gluten free and prepared specially for celiac . We were very disappointed !!! We are not going back.

Average food. I went here after looking at the reviews, honestly there were a lot of options but none I really wanted. I did not get sick which was good. They brought out gf and regular bread on the same style of plate, so that’s a little scary. I ended up getting gf garlic bread and gf chicken parm. The garlic bread was ok, it really wasn’t very flavorful—I can make better garlic bread at home. Same thing with the chicken parm, lacked flavor and my dad makes a better chicken parm at home. The staff was kind of chaotic. It was pricey food of course because it’s NYC, honestly I don’t think it’s worth the money. It’s a nice place but seriously the food was nothing special. I’m only giving a decent rating because the menu did have a lot of options.

Order off a separate GF menu. Items come out clearly marked. Two of my daughters have celiac and are very sensitive to cross contamination, we have never had an issues.
Broad range of pasta, pizza and bread.
Food in general is good.

Seemed too good to be true! Thought I might be dreaming! But, reality is truth and they Rock! Best selection and most developed GF options ever!!!

Ordered a gluten free pizza and got sick. Celiac beware.

Excellent gf food and service!
Had no issues with their menu, and ordering was very easy from their gluten free menu! I’m leaving it at “not sure though” due to previous reviews
Extensive gluten free menu with authentic Italian food. Would definitely eat there again.
Very extensive gluten free menu and all the specials were gluten free as well. Staff were knowledgeable and food was great. A total must for staying on the upper East side.

They had a very extensive gluten free menu. We had GF garlic ciabatta and GF pizza. Very tasty! My boyfriend thought it was the best gf pizza he’s had :)
Tasty with lots of gf foods! Loved it! I didn't get sick

Great food, and our server was really helpful. They have a gluten free menu but almost anything can be made gf, even deserts. I had some really good chicken with roasted potatoes, and it was delicious. Also, the Lucy’s cookies and the gelato are delicious.

My first review after six months of using this app- was diagnosed in October, this is definitely my first time being glutened. Ordered a breaded veal chop, double checked because didn’t know it would come out with bread crumbs, was assured it was fine. Left feeling more terrible by the second, ended up throwing up before getting back to my house. Have been sick for day and a half now. The other one star reviews confirm that the kitchen isn’t safe- read those for more evidence.

We were on a quick trip to New York and ate here twice because we loved it so much!!! We had the same waitress both times and she was so kind and welcoming. There were so many gluten free choices that it was hard to make a decision. I had the gluten free chicken Parmesan and it was fantastic! I have not had chicken Parmesan since I had to go gluten free over 4 years ago. It was so good that I had the same thing on my second visit. Also, the garlic bread and bruschetta (Our waitress brought us some to try)were excellent! My son and husband were raving about their pizza and pasta (not gf). We met the manager on our second visit and she was also so hospitable and even brought us out some gluten free cookies to take home! Can’t wait to go back one day!Fabulous food and service.....a must if you are in the area!!
I ordered the mushroom pasta, which failed the Nima test. Even though it failed, I’m always fine with the restaurant remaking the meal, but the waitress had an attitude about it. Manager came over and I ordered simple tomato’s and cheese but I couldn’t retest because I ran out of testers.

So many gf options. The bruchetta with goat cheese and prosciutto is delicious. The pastas are well cooked. The flourless torte is so good.
Staff was super on point and the food was delicious! They made me feel safe and taken care of. Highly recommend if you live/find yourself near the UWS.

Excellent, so many choices. Clearly marked on menu plus staff is excellent.

AMAZING! So great to have bruschetta, pasta and breaded chicken parm that’s gluten free!!! Delicious. Great service and ambiance! Knowledgeable staff. Loved it all!

Excellent gluten free and non gf Italian food. If you are looking for a traditional NYC neighborhood Italian restaurant with an extensive gluten free menu then this place is for you. Rarely can a Celiac diner choose from a full 2 page menu - everything from garlic bread, appetizers, pizza, pastas, and a variety of parmigiana and beef, chicken and seafood entrees. Oh...and half a dozen dessert choices as well. But even better than the quality of the food was feeling we could really enjoy our meal because the kitchen and wait staff understood our gluten free needs. This is my new favorite restaurant! Make reservations because they get very busy and rightly so. Oh and a fabulous bar as well.

The GF pizza and bruschetta are so amazing!!

So sad to do this- I’ve loved this restaurant so much but last night my gluten free pasta had a normal angel hair gluten piece in it. I didn’t see it till several bites in. Luckily I did not get sick, but this is obviously not okay. The GM was super apologetic and they swore they do boil the pasta in separate water, but said they plate them next to each other so a piece of regular pasta got into my gluten free dish. So, unfortunately, eat at your own risk. They also offered me a Benadryl... so the understanding of what Celiac Disease is may not be high. It was an extremely busy night and I’ve never had an issue here on slower nights.

Went with my mom here who is also celiac and had a great experience. So many gluten free options and the staff was very friendly!

Told waiter about celiac, ordered GF, they brought out GF appetizers, but brought out normal wheat crust pizza for entrees. If I hadn't asked if it was GF (to double check) it would have been a disaster. Our experience indicates that they do not have sufficient process controls for this location to be safe for persons with celiac disease.
They apologized and comped us the meal, but the trust damage was already done. Nice people, just not careful enough for celiac folks.

Absolutely amazing. Had a chicken parm panini absolutely delicious. Waiters sister has celiac so he was very aware. Never got sick. Hopefully i can go back sometime. Super delicious!
My only gripe is that for all the wonderful choices of sauce, they only have one gf pasta shape available - corkscrew! Their pasta and gf bread are Schar. My pasta was deliciously enjoyable aside from the fact that I couldn’t twirl it around my fork.
