This was a wonderful experience all around for someone dining out with celiac! No fewer than three separate managers came out to speak with me, and our waiter was very knowledgeable. We asked about the bacon wrapped scallops as an appetizer, and he knew right away that they were flash fried in a deep fryer that was not dedicated, so he recommended staying away. We have eaten here number of times, and all the wait staff have demonstrated the same level of knowledge. The process is that once you place the order, the waiter will go in and see if it can be made gluten-free. If it can, he will actually first work with a manager, who will ask the chef about the exact ingredient list and cooking methods, so they can speak confidently about any risk of cross-contamination. The manager came out when the waiter served each course and assured me of the cooking methods. I got the beef carpaccio (cracker on the side for my husband), salmon (no modifications necessary), and crème brûlée (cookies on the side). They also did a great job with COVID precautions.

Pricy but they can accommodate pretty much everything on their menu. They don’t offer gf bread or desserts though!

Excellent experience. I was with a large business group and did not want to draw attention to my issues. The manager was very discreet and assured me special care would be taken with my meal. I had multiple sides to choose from also—unlike other high end steak places. It was fabulous!

When we sat at our table a manager came by and said I've notified the kitchen of your gluten allergy and rest assured no gluten will be on or near your food. He said the chef would be changing gloves also. I told him I wasn't celiac but he treated me like I was which was impressive. They go out of your way to make sure you have a great dining experience. Best service I've ever had at any restaurant and I'm picky and have high expectations when dining at nicer restaurants. The steak was excellent and I loved the sals with shallot dressing. The crembrulee was amazing! All gluten free of course. I would highly recommend if your gluten free or not.
