Review of Pappas Burger

Gluten-free menu, which included GF buns for the burgers. Side salad in lieu of fries. Prompt, friendly service. Added bonus: the hostess jotted down my boarding time while seating me. Not a huge selection, but would absolutely return if flying through Houston again.
