The pancakes were delicious but unfortunately I got sick from them.

— Not at all

— Not Much/None

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

Staff was not knowledgeable about celiac. Everyone was confused when we asked if they had gluten free options. No manager was available to talk to. Only one chef that we did not feel to take precautions. Ended up walking out and not ordering.

Pappas is aware and prepared for celiac diners. Gluten free pancakes are prepared on a separate griddle. Egg dishes and potatoes are prepared in separate safe skillets.

Gluten free bread available, but beware- not prepared safely. (Same toaster as gluten bread)
