Was traveling to Huntsville for an event. I called the night before to confirm they had GF crust. When we got there they were out… but did have a cauliflower crust available. It is only available in one size… I chose my own toppings and it was so good ordered one to go. The waitress showed me where she marked my ticket with a gluten allergy and double checked to make sure I had the ingredients I wanted. I did not get sick and was very happy.

That was really tasty! Maybe the best GF pizza in Huntsville? Definitely the widest selection of gf toppings. At $46 + tip for 2 sadly not much cheaper than anyone else. Nice place though. We’ll be back.

The wait staff was great! I had called ahead to check if it would be safe and the person on the phone was Happ to tell me the full procedure they take for gluten allergies (separate prep area, clean gloves, fresh ingredients, same oven but cooked on parchment paper). The waitress who served us reiterated the same. The pizza was delicious (had the margherita pizza) and I didn't get sick.
