They don't have A LOT of GF options - but the manager/front of house knew what to steer me away from - which is a good feeling. Nothing from the fryer, not even chips. Would be nice if they kept a bag or two of GF chips in the back for cebeches orders. He was patient and kind. I had a salad with some potatoes and other more substantial ingredients for lunch. They can also do rice noodles in their soups.

There is no separate gluten free menu, but my server was very knowledgeable. I told him I have celiac disease and he advised me not to eat the chips as they don’t have a separate fryer. He marked all the items on the menu that I could have and I chose a couple of the ones he marked. Everything was delicious. Ceviche pescado was refreshing. We also tried the swordfish and were pleasantly surprised at how good it was. Chicken skewers came with some nice vegetables. For desert, we got the suspiro de limeña. Yum. So many flavors. One thing to note is that their lomo saltado has soy sauce, but they have gluten free soy sauce on hand if you want to order it. We didn’t because we didn’t know that until after we had already ordered. Next time we go, we will try the lomo saltado for sure. Pisco sours and pisco punch were also great! I did not get sick and will definitely be back.
