Great experience at this luau! At the beginning I informed a staff member of my allergy who then lead me to the hospitality lead. She then went through all the foods with me (which were all very clearly labelled with various allergen indicators) + advised me to come to the buffet before the crowd to avoid cross contamination. Food was really lovely and it was a great experience all together!
Let them know about any allergies when you make the reservation. They told us to notify the people when checking in about our allergies and to ask to speak to a manager. The manager walked us through and showed us what was and wasn’t safe. They had us come up before everyone else to go through the buffet line first to avoid cross contamination.
They were so great! Three out of the eight people in my group have different dietary restrictions. They had us meet with the head chef before the luau started. The buffets are clearly marked. He made sure we got food before they added sauce and let us go first in line to avoid cross contamination.
Well done, nice location. The food was just ok, but don't go for the food. Go for the entertainment. We had a meal at nearby mall before heading out. Hostess Summer was a true professional, multi-talented, and kept us engaged. Offered photo opps with the fire guy as well. Photos came out great and reasonable price. Buffet is well labeled for gf and other allergies. We did not take the Deluxe because we did not want table service. But get Orchid package if you want first dibs at buffet to lower chances of cross contamination.
Also, if you call in your reservation, they will make a note in your reservation, and you can ask your server to have you meet with the chef if you like. We did not feel a need to meet the chef as things were well labeled.
