Paradise Springs

I spoke with a Gaylord Texan executive chef before our trip. He said that there is no dedicated fryer at Paradise Springs, so my son (celiac) should avoid all fried foods. They do have gluten-free buns that are toasted in a separate area, so the chef recommended a burger with a gluten-free bun and a side of fruit.

Our second day there, my son didn’t want another burger. He really wanted a grilled cheese sandwich. I asked our server if they could make a grilled cheese sandwich using the gluten-free bun, and he said yes. My son loves his GF grilled cheese and fresh fruit
