Review of Paradise Sushi and Hibachi

Gluten free items are listed on the menu but I’m not very adventurous so I stuck with California roll subbed with real crab, and an avocado cucumber roll. I confirmed with the sushi chef that he got the message about gluten free. It was fresh and tasty enough. I didn’t bring my own Tamari and the soy sauce was the wheaty kind so I did miss that. Probably will go again.
