They have a dedicated gluten free fryer, but be specific when ordering. The staff member taking my order specifically noted to use the Gf fryer for my dishes, even though they were marked gluten free on the menu, so either this is not always the case, or he was being extra cautious? Lots of Gf options on the menu, but I couldn’t get a direct answer about cross-contamination in the kitchen, so stuck with simple dishes.

The staff were all over cross contamination, even the bar staff making cocktails. Where something can be altered for GF like putting something that comes with a gluten thing on an extra plate they will. The service in the restaurant was above my hotel expectations with polite and very well mannered staff. Check the menus for many GF options. We haven't been disappointed with the service once and we've been there half a dozen times at least.
