I was very impressed that at every restaurant they asked about food allergies and restrictions when you check in or ask to be seated. At the buffet, someone walked it with me, showing me which items had no gluten. There are symbols on many of the items (although I didn’t see a legend to know which is which - some were more obvious that others).
They made me gluten free pancakes the first morning, which was nice, but they were small and had that gummy texture which is common. There was a section of the buffet with gluten free bread (which was a little crusty) and a muffin (I couldn’t really tell what kind, but it was fine for breakfast).
At the fish restaurant, they brought me gluten free soy sauce for my sushi and there were gluten free dessert options. The staff is very attentive to our GF needs, better than most restaurants in the US.
