Review of Paramount

I was stuck at PET Montreal Airport and couldn't find anything that was GF and vegetarian. I went back out of security because I eyed this reasurant before going in and I was not disappointed. I had a falafel salad and hummus. They said the falafel was gluten free and deep fried in a dedicated fryer. They were very helpful and friendly.
