A little difficult to find, and very few options. Yummy gluten free pastries though :)

Closed Closed Closed. I was hoping the other views about the unpredictable hours were untrue but they are not. Checked website hours before going over on a Saturday at 10 am. Hand written note on door says closed for 5 days. The store name isnt really on the building, its a small carryout only place and after seeing it I wont be making the effort again to come across town and find it closed.

Was closed again today. Please verify if open prior to going. Everything is delicious but unfortunately I’ve reached a closed door more often than normally expected.

This was a pleasant walk from where we stayed during our honeymoon. Great food, and they were friendly. We walked over and got a pastry as part of our breakfast almost every day.

I visit every single time I'm in Montreal. I usually buy a savoury pie to bring home and freeze too

A fully GF establishment, so you can eat there without worries. It's quite small and the pastries were cold (even the empanadas) so that was not great. Everything tasted fine, but seemed a bit dry. There's not much place to sit and eat in the shop, so it's more of a takeaway kind of place.

Amazing selection of delicious GF pastries and croissants/pain au chocolat.

Really amazing selection still late in the day. The loaves is bread are ENORMOUS and the chocolatine was lovely.

Lemon tart is amazing. Get this. The other tarts are not full of fruit, but topped with fruit and full of marzipan - I think. Ok, but the apple tart filled with apple - OMG I can dream.
I haven’t had an almond croissant in 20 years. Can’t remember what is good, but so happy just to have an option. It’s huge and I think better if not cold.
Spinach and chicken empanada is really good too. I heated up in micro and that made a little more delicate.
It’s cash only and service is a bit like you’re visiting NYC’s “soup Nazi” back in the day. If we call the guy the “tart Nazi” is that funny or just wrong?
I’m ok if service is a bit rough or with fruit facade on fruit tarts, but not both. But, to have the choice, maybe it should be a 5 out of 5.

Really nice spot to grab something to eat in the park. I had a spinach and potato empanada that was quite satisfying. The choice of pastries and desserts is wide. Their bread loaf is also to recommend.

We rented bikes and biked up from Old Montreal to Parc Sans Gluten. The restaurant is located just across the street from a sweet park, perfect for picnics. It seems like the restaurant does mostly take-out and catering orders/wholesale orders. The shelves were FULLY stocked with delicious looking fruit pastries, vanilla and chocolate eclairs, and later in the day they planned to make sandwiches. We bought giant calzone-type sandwiches-- spinach and potato and a chicken and tomato. The bread was sweet and delicious. We also enjoyed two eclairs... which were HUGE and very yummy.

All the desserts I tried were great but the savoury items were incredibly bland. They should stick to desserts.

Incredibly good, best GF bakery I’ve experienced . Like I can’t tell the difference between their croissants and glutenous ones.

This place is fairly good. All their baked goods come from boulangerie le marquis. If you want fresher pastries then go to one of their locations. The coffee was ok, nothing special.

I was expected a really nice and good place reading the comments, but the bread I bought had no flavor and looked undercooked. Also the staff member looked annoyed and was not really pleasant. Really disapointing…

What an amazing place! Cute takeout only bakery that is 100% GF and has lots of dairy free options too. We got there just after opening so they were still setting up, and got a fresh baked croissant and another one oozing with chocolate. I also got a chicken wrap for lunch which was also perfect to-go food. The best part was the person working was super polite and helpful, and didn’t mind a tear of joy from this celiac eating her first croissant in ten years. (Also in case of bias - my partner is not Gf and he thought the baked goods were absolutely delicious). Next trip to Montreal - I’m going to try the tarts and pizza (no cheese).

The food was quite good, we got a croissant, tart, and chocolatine. Dedicated gf facility which was very nice to see. The service was okay, but the server seemed impatient with our questions. Additionally, there was some confusion with the signage as it seems like they are in the process of changing ownership? Not sure. Overall would recommend though.

This place is amazing. Simple, delicious and friendly service. My favorite croissant. However during winter time they may not have many fresh stuff available (due to the low clients frequency) but you can buy frozen stuff to heat at home.

By far the best gluten free bakery I've come across. You can barely tell the products are gluten free, and the prices are fair. Highly recommend it!

Dedicated GF bakery, uses rice/tapioca as their base. Lots of selection on tarts, éclairs, loaves, also has some grab and go type sandwiches and burritos. Convenient location right by Parc La Fontaine.

I felt in paradise today. They have so many delicious gluten free options for everything. The bread and the desserts are the best I have ever tried in my entire life! Definitely worth it. I also found the price really fair. Thank you lord for creating a baker like the one here!

My husband is a coeliac and we have struggled to find places that are not only gluten free but also really tasty. Parc sans gluten is both these things, it is so good! We buy their fresh bread every week as it is cheaper than gf bread in the supermarkets, I am not a coeliac and I really like this bread as well. The cakes are extremely good too. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, regardless of whether you are a coeliac or not.
