Went for work lunch. Atmosphere was joyous and hip. Food was AMAZING. Mocktails were fresh and inventive. I was thrilled to see ‘Gluten Free Kitchen’ as a foot note on the menu. My 25 year old daughter has Celiac and I felt so appreciative that she has this option for a cool downtown spot to enjoy.

They’ve updated and now have a fully gluten free kitchen! The food is delicious and the drinks are amazing. I loved the buneulos and sancocho

I’ve long been a big Parche fan. At dinner tonight I was at first dismayed because I barely saw anything marked GF on the menu. I asked the waiter and she alerted me that THEY ARE NOW ENTIRELY GLUTEN FREE!!! Truly the best news. Would recommend Parche to anyone. Big fan!

The hostess made a note and told the server that I had celiac, even though almost all of the menu is gf - they took it seriously- I second that the rock cod ceviche is amazing- and the drinks were fun too.

Their food is mind blowingly delicious. Interesting flavors, incredible presentation, just so good all around. The rock cod ceviche is the best I’ve ever bad. Also, they have all dedicated gluten free friers and gluten free kitchen equipment, and most of their menu is gluten free. As a celiac I felt very safe and taken care of.

This is a new gem in the community. It is a contemporary Columbia’s restaurant that offers a unique visual and dining experience without sacrificing flavor and quality. Many of the items are gluten free and servers are very aware of allergies and are very attentive.
