Not gluten free, all broth contains wheat even though they offer gf noodles. Did not eat here after being informed by the server

I was pleasantly surprised when the waiter informed me they had gluten free noodles available. My dish was cooked separately, and was delicious. I was warned about potential cross contamination beforehand, but I’ve had no symptoms yet (2+ hours later, so far so good). Very impressed by the food and will be back soon!
