We went there for breakfast and dinner.
Dinner menu didn't have dietary needs labelled, but the staff took the time to talk us through it and explained what was gluten free. Only about 3 things on the menu couldn't cater for gluten free. The breakfast buffet had clearly labelled signs for which foods contained gluten and what didn't which we really appreciated.

Amazing, luxurious, resort in a winery with (small) heated pool, tennis and petanque courts, and self catering.
Breakfast included. GF options (most of slightly limited range of items) clearly marked. Absolutely minimal risk of cross contamination but GF toast cooked on request out the back and brought out.
We didn't try the dinner.
