There isn't a gluten-free menu and nothing is marked. The head chef came out and walked me through the whole buffet. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about most things. Speaking from the glass half full perspective, there were quite a few food options for me, however, I had to rely on my memory and the chefs. Certain foods were also eliminated due to the possibility of cross-contamination.
