Huge disappointment. Believe the waitress didn’t know much about gluten. The kitchen staff prepared and informed us of gluten safe apps to share. That was good. But, I asked if a couple items could be done GF, like pork shank, braised beef, scallops. Was told none of seafood or the other things could be gluten free except steaks. Had a $47 filet that about 25% of it was grizzly, hard to chew. Sides nothing special. Was in a party of 7, my food was prepared safely and brought out separately -kitchen staff seemed careful. Service was slow in that I got my food before others and it was nearly 20 minutes till each person got there plates….they came out in 2’s but with gaps in between. Would not waste time going back.
