Not many options for celiacs. Most food is prepared on same surfaces as gluten-containing items. However, some items are safe - staff is friendly and accommodating. Nice atmosphere.

We went around 1 PM on a Sunday and it took them about 15-20 minutes to deliver our food to the table from the time we ordered - and she said the cook was a little behind. We thought that was reasonably fast for an excellent meal. We had 2 bison burgers with cheese and a cold cut club sandwich - all on GF bread. Everything was delicious. Would definitely go back. I even picked up some organic sweet potatoes to take back to our hotel.

We are vacationing here and chose this restaurant based on reviews. They have gluten free and vegan options, and everything is absolutely delicious. The staff was clearly knowledgeable.

This was a very unique place. The food is very good and label their daily menu's well about, gf, vegan, etc...we all got different things and everything was very flavorful and unique options. Very good and safe for this celiac!

Fresh, local, organic, non-gmo! Wow!!! This is the most gluten free-friendly place I've ever seen. GF lasagna and spaghetti, bread, bagels, cupcakes and more. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was kitschy and fun. Hot Springs will now be a regular destination for my family solely to support this awesome restaurant!
