Bij navragen wordt er gezegd glutenvrij brood te hebben, dit is inderdaad zo, maar overduidelijk hebben de eigenaren/chef dit zelf nooit geproefd want het is echt niet te eten.

Weinig kennis van serieuze glutenintolerantie/coeliakie. Brood leek geroosterd (waarschijnlijk in besmet broodrooster want ben na de lunch erg ziek geworden).
