Review of Parker County Brewing Company

Yes, they have a cauliflower crust, but it must slide over wheat flour to get into the oven. It’s delicious, but my mouth started itching after eating it. I’m not sure it’s dedicated. Just a heads up!! They have some cider beers and their charcuterie is really good (don’t do the crackers).
