We've been there a few times now, and the staff is always very knowledgeable on what is and is not safe for my boyfriend to eat! Only concern is that our last 3 times we got the poutine, but our most recent time we were told it's cross contaminated? So be weary of that, otherwise they're awesome!

Very attentive staff. Knowledgeable about modifications. Do not have a gluten free menu but there are marked gluten free options on the menu. If you tell them it’s an allergy the staff is trained to clean their station and to modify the meal. The food is delicious. I had the salmon and risotto. They have plans for a dedicated fryer. Fine dining but a comfortable Colorado atmosphere.
