Must say, Excellent. Great service. Worth the drive out from Omaha

Menu selection pretty limited. No option to try multiple meats. Brisket and pork are originally seasoned with stuff that contains gluten and has to be washed off or something. Side salad had a crouton on it, so I'm guessing it's premade with croutons or something so best to avoid that. Wasn't impressed. I guess if you're stuck going there then it's nice there are a couple options, but not a place I would choose to go, especially if Celiac. Maybe if you're just gluten sensitive and want average BBQ.

Unseasoned chicken and salmon are the safest with mixed veggies or baked potato.
They have other things that they will CLEAN OFF THE GLUTEN, if you request.
Their fried options are fried with other glutened things.
My hack: add the veggie broth to your unseasoned chicken or salmon, with a little extra butter salt and pepper, and it will taste much better and still be safe.

As a very sensitive Celiac, I was trepidatious about their Gluten Free menu at first. Then after talking with the owner, he informed me that the options are numerous and he and his wife were on track to change their GF menu to include more items. The roasted chicken was fantastic and I didn’t react at all to that, or the potatoes and vegis. I would reccomend this place to anyone and everyone! I was informed to call ahead if you’d like some brisket or pulled pork prepared with the outside (with the rub) removed.
