Not celiac friendly. We were told their hash browns are gluten free. Literally as she spoke these words be saw the cook remove toast from the cook top and place hash browns down. Then took that toast and moved it to the adjacent cooktop right next to a batch of cooked hash browns. I would eat here with great caution if every other restaurant in Vermont was closed.
