Basically they can make everything gluten-free! It is delicious. The owner is celiac. So they know exactly what they are doing.
This place is amazing!!! The owners are German & English and they also speak French. I emailed in advance to ask if they could accommodate my coeliac husband and nightshade-free daughter and felt very reassured when they confirmed both to me. On arrival we were delighted to discover a cute little restaurant, smelling amazing with friendly staff. They welcomed us in, explained their menu in full and reassured again that everyone would be safe & well after eating. My husband chose an Indian tapas plate and when they brought it they said “the chef grabbed some gluten free flour and made a chapati for you!” It was delicious!! The restaurant is veggie & vegan, which we are not, but the tastes were delicious. The owners were telling me about their burger and how NO ONE believes it was not meat. I felt I had to try it and they were not wrong! Honestly it’s one of the best burgers I’ve ever had! If we had been staying in or close to Silves we’d eat here every single day!
