Very limited options. One of the gluten free salads is made with a malted vinaigrette. When I asked about substitutes they said it was fine and that they would double check with the kitchen. They didn’t reassure me it was gluten free when I was served it Felt very uncomfortable eating here

— Good

Unfortunately they changed their menu and no longer serve up gluten free tacos or much in terms of variety. For lunch, they only had 1 gluten free option which was a Caesar salad and the waitstaff wasn't very knowledgeable. It wasn't worth going here anymore.

— Poor

Great experience dining here with my two kids. My older daughter is celiac and there were quite a few things to choose from, and the kitchen was respectful and careful when preparing her food. PEC is not very friendly for celiac diners, but Parsons is an exception. Delicious guacamole and chips, tostados, BBQ chicken, potatoes, and caesar salad - all gluten free. My daughter is very sensitive and had no issues after our meal. Highly recommended!
