The best gluten-free Neapolitan pizza! The GF dough is made in house. Staff was knowledgeable about what contained gluten (for example, the pesto sauce was made with bread crumbs) and recommended substitutions. There is a risk of cross contamination from the pizza oven but I felt fine afterwards.
