The waiter was very knowledgeable and helpful. There was a dedicated gluten free menu, but they were also willing to customize anything on the main menu to be gluten free. I had grilled chicken parmesan with a side of pasta, my husband had salmon over vegetables. I'm usually very sensitive and I didn't have any reaction. I'm planning on going back!
