This place is amazing!. Best Philly Cheesesteak I have ever eaten in my life! Thst includes even before being diagnosed with celiac! The owner's son has Celiac and takes extra precaution in all food prep so many gluten-free options! The homemade sodas are incredible! They even have gluten-free dessert options as well pre-packaged brownies and huge chocolate chip cookies! Most anything can be made gluten-free here the bread amazing! Wonderful find highly recommended if you want a great lunch, dinner or breakfast! You can't go around eating here!!! Everyone is so kind considerate and hyper aware of all allergies! The food is to die for!

This place is amazing. Dedicated kitchen space, fridge, equipment, everything. If you check their website, they have a very in-depth coverage of celiac and gluten sensitivity. I've had an italian combo and it was amazing, the bread is sooo good. Also had a bacon and egg sandwich which was also delicious too. Recommend this place to any celiac, 1,000,000%!!!

It’s amazing to go somewhere that my daughter can order anything off the menu that she wants! I’ve taken her there twice and I don’t worry AT ALL about cross contamination. They are friendly, knowledgeable and delicious for everyone! The eggplant parm sandwich is amazing

Went to the deli for the first time and introduced myself to the owner. Told him both my son and I were Celiac. He was so wonderful and kind to us plus the food was delicious. Looking forward to moving to town and having this be one of our local stops for safe and yummy food!

Fantastic place! Owner's son has celiac so staff is well trained and there is a separate prep area. They also have homemade frozen entrees stocked in a freezer!! We also go to the Morristown location!

I wish I lived closer. Tried it for my first time and it was as close to having a regular sub as I have had. They were so friendly and explained how they take care avoid cross-contamination. Can't wait to return.

I can't say enough about Anthony Pascarella and staff at his little deli in Chatham. It was reassuring to know that my daughter was safe from CC and nice that she had many bread options to choose from. Best of all was the kindness and concern that Anthony showed for my daughter, sharing stories of his family's experience having a son with Celiac. He even gave her a giant GF chocolate chip cookie on the house. We purchased a few GF items out of the freezer case to take with us... they have bakery items, pastas and other Italian foods like meatballs. The space may be small but the owner has a huge heart.

We've ordered Pascarella Bros gluten free food regularly over the years - from sandwiches to full catering for events in our home. It's our go to place. The food is always delicious and we have piece of mind that we're safe eating it. Looking forward to their stuffing for Thanksgiving!

This place has great food of all kinds for gluten free and non gluten free people. They take great care to have NO cross-contamination with all sandwiches and have a fridge full of take home dishes. Pasta, soup, lasagna, and more! Best bread I've ever had, needless to say I'll be back for more.

My absolute favorite GF lunch. Anthony and Gino are the best, never have to worry about cross contamination, always delicious. So excited to hear about their new store in Morristown. When going back home to Chatham to visit mom and dad, I usually stop first at pascarellas to get my GF sloppy joe sandwich. 😂

The nicest people work here! Every time I call to order and ask for GF they always make sure I know they store everything GF separate and make sure they keep it while cooking separate. I drive out of my way to go here!!

The glowing reviews are all true. There is something about having a deli made sandwich that just can't be beat. If you have missed either hot or cold deli favorites then go here. The Taylor ham and egg sandwich on toasted GF bagel tastes like an explosion of memories and taste. It is expensive but well worth it and sometimes you can find coupons

The best GF deli sandwiches, and ready to go frozen entrees, try the lemon chicken!! I've never had a reaction after eating here, and they are super friendly.

Love this place. I came here for the first time today and man I'm upset it took me so long to find it. You walk in and everyone is so friendly. The lady who took our order was very knowledgeable. She knew the difference between celiac disease, gluten intolerance, or even just a diet choice. Everything on the menu can be gluten free and NOT because they eliminate the bread. They have Subs, sliced bread, rolls and bagels. They also offer take home meals like stuffed peppers, meatballs, lemon chicken, etc. I had the cheesesteak and let me tell you it's been 10 years since I've tasted one and it took me back to life before celiac. I would recommend to anyone.

I've tasted almost every brand of gluten-free bread on the market, and the hoagie rolls here were delicious! A little pricey ($4 extra charge for the gluten-free roll) but worth the money. Will definitely be coming back!

Sub rolls are delicious! I ordered one gluten free sub for me and a regular roll for my dad. The guy behind the counter misunderstood and prepared both of our orders gluten free. My dad didn't even notice and when I told him he was shocked.

Awesome meatball parm and chicken parm. My husband are his entire sandwich and half of mine. We were both in disbelief that something that tastes so good could be gluten free! Highly recommend this place.

First place that I've felt really comfortable ordering off the menu. Very friendly, and very knowledgeable. First place that actually knew to have separate prep areas and were very up front about it.

When I asked what was GF, they smiled and asked "What do you want?" Most of the stuff in there they can make for you.

What a find! I'm from out of town and the previous reviews are right! Safe and good GF environment. They even have a GF freezer for take home food.

Extensive gluten free menu options. Very knowledgable since the owners son has Celiacs. Asst subs, cheesesteak, salads... Worth the trip and the price for a safe meal.

This place is fantastic! Very clean and the staff is fully trained on a gluten free diet. I had the best Rueben sandwich I've had since being diagnosed. I also bought the frozen meatballs to try for dinner tonight.
