Believe the hype!! Pascual was delicious! Everything on their current food menu is gluten free except one small plate with noodles and two desserts. The flavors were unique and delicious, and my partner and I had a great time trying dishes. (Good for a variety of restrictions too! We also split a nearly-vegetarian, nearly-gf meal easily; I couldn’t resist a scallop dish and he tried the noodles. I had multiple good non-alcoholic drinks.) Waitstaff were knowledgeable, abundant, and extremely responsive.

Note that this is a luxury family-style place, so expect tapas format and sizing (and luxury restaurant pricing). We had a reservation, but on a weeknight, there did seem to be some room for 2-person walk-ups, especially since they now have an outdoor space.
