I have celiac disease and have never had a problem here.
Turkey has a high rate of celiac disease so Turks tend to be more educated on the issue than Americans.
I spoke with one of the managers and this is what he said:
Aside from the tabouli and kisir, all the cold appetizers are g.f.
The hot appetizers as well as the
falafel are not g.f. as the deep frier is shared.
All the meat entries are gf.
