Great pasta and it’s so nice to have bread with dinner. Large portions. I have eaten here several times without issue.

I had the gf Margherita pizza and an American hoagie on the gf roll. The pizza was delicious and the American hoagie was fantastic. This was my first hoagie in over a year. I’m so happy I found this place! They also have gf pasta that I will be trying next. I’m pretty sensitive and did not get sick.

Best bread ever! I had a turkey and cheese sub and it was absolutely delicious! I have celiac and had no issues. Price is similar to other local places with gluten free rolls, buttt this one is larger at 12”! Lunch and dinner for me. Other places typically only use an 8” bread

Update: Spoke with owner today, and was told they now have gluten free pasta and all their sauces are gluten-free! They use heavy cream versus milk and flour like competitors. Oh and now they have a gluten free cheesecake dessert! Just plan for a little more time for noodles for safe cooking. Can’t wait to go back and try!!

Gluten free pizza was amazing! The crust is typical gf crust but the sauce and cheese is what made the pizza.

Stopped here today on way to get our son from college - Had a Turkey and cheese sub - It was AMAZING! and Frank & his staff are so nice ! They also have GF pizza - we will DEF be back

My celiac son has been able to eat here for years!!! Once we split a GF sub and I panicked because I thought that it could have been gluten free. We do ask for mayo packets..or mustard packets. Made in separate area. I would ask about cross contamination for lettuce etc.,.. my son doesn’t eat that anyway so I never asked.,

Tied this place based on other reviews. From what our waitress explained to me I had to do a create your own pasta if I was getting gluten free and only a few sauces were included with that option. I wasn’t getting the warm and fuzzies from her after she put the basket of bread in front of me, so I played it safe and ordered the GF pasta with Marinara and added grilled chicken. The sauce was amazing and the portion was generous. In hindsight, I wish I asked to speak with someone else for peace of mind.

The gf pizza is very good thin crust pizza that I felt really safe eating—special tray, special cutter, knowledgeable waitstaff and cooks. I asked about the subs, and the waitress said the cheesesteak was not safe for allergies/celiac (unlike previous reviews here) and to always ask if the current meat providers are safe.

Great GF options - hoagie rolls, pizza, penne. I had a cheeseburger sub, so good! The roll was surprisingly soft! Not chewy. Cute decor too.

We travel 45minutes at least once a month (sometimes twice!) to Pasquales so I can enjoy a gluten free cheesesteak. Best gf food I have ever had. Pizza is awesome as well. I have never had a contamination issue here...portions are huge, prices are good, Staff is friendly and service is great! My family also loves it!

They have the best gluten free sub rolls I've ever had, and all of the staff is so friendly.

The owner explained how they keep everything separated. They have specific cutting utensils for the GF pizza. He actually gave me a GF cheesecake to sample. The pizza tastes great!

Excellent fresh food-GF options on menu. GF bread available for subs and GF pizza- I got the pizza. Came on a new tray with a new plastic pizza cuter in a bag!! Understood celiac needs. Very friendly service and fresh ingredients Highly recommend

A little slow on a Saturday night, but service was friendly. Our son says the gluten free pizza was "so good," and my husband enjoyed the GF penne.
