Came with high hopes from other reviewers however the waiter told us the gf breadsticks are great. He laid breadsticks on our table with the olive oil and walked away. I ate half a breadstick when he came back and dropped gf French loaf to the table. Talked to the owner and he stated that’s not good for celiacs. We told them we were done and they charged us for the salads, 2 drinks and the gf bread which was $42. Will not go back made on how they handled it.

A couple choices, gluten free pizzas, spaghetti, and grilled chicken parmesan. They do have gluten free bread with dipping sauce, it is an extra charge. There is also an upcharge for GF pasta. Very fantastic Italian food! I will definitely eat here again! Server were knowledgeable and I felt comfortable eating here. Delicious!

There's no gluten-free menu, but they are well-versed in gf. You can order a 7" pizza, any pasta except Alfredo, and any meat/seafood/fish entree except chicken Parmigiano and chicken cordon Bleu. Food was good - pork chop very tender, not well seasoned, but a little salt did the trick. Marinara was SO good and gf pasta awesome. Service good considering how slammed they were. Wine selection was also pretty awesome and cheap! In a town this small, this place is a gem for gf dining. I didn't dig into how they prepare things, nor did I specify anything other than "gluten free" and I didn't get sick (I'm a fairly sensitive celiac). For me, that's a win - stress-free dining.

Overall had a good experience here. The owner seemed frantic and overwhelmed when we came in. Lunch had just ended and he was adamant about his staff eating and taking a break. We were happy to wait. Waitstaff was very knowledgeable about menu and offered safe suggestions. The owner actually came and sat with my table for a couple minutes to chat which we welcomed. Homey feel to the restaurant, everyone was friendly and accommodating. Food was just okay. But I’d eat there again if in the area.

We were here for a total of two and a half hours and had to leave without ever getting to eat our meal and still having to pay over $40. I mentioned with the waitress I had gluten allergy as soon as we were seated and asked if they had a separate menu as the main menu mentions gluten specials. She proceeded to list of a few items and stated things could be accommodated. My husbands steak, which was overcooked and inedible when it arrived, had sat under the light to be taken to the table for 20 minutes. When the waitress finally brought his it was another 20 and they still had not brought mine or my daughters food. When she finally brought mine I double checked and asked if it was gluten free and she tried to argue stating I never asked for it to be. I asked them to just forget mine and my daughters bc it had been two hours at that point. The waiter and waitress kept yelling over us and we still paid for my husbands disgusting over cooked food and the gluten free bread that they charge you an additional $6 for.

Delicious, authentic Italian food and they made GF taste SO good! Food was fresh and hot; GF bread with my own dish to dip in. I live in the Raleigh area and would drive 5 1/2 hours just to eat here. The single best GF meal I’ve had since being diagnosed 5 years ago. Server very knowledge; separate prep area. They can make any pasta dish or sandwich GF. UPDATE (9/2022)- once again, amazing GF pasta but the service was not good. We were there at 2:00 so it wasn’t busy. I was not offered GF bread so I guess they aren’t doing that anymore. Disappointing. Didn’t have much confidence in our waiter but the owner came over and clarified. I would no longer make the 5 hour drive to eat here like I said last year 😆

We enjoyed the GF pasta with marinara and chicken, chicken Parmesan (they made it GF for us), and the prime rib. They also have delicious house basalmic dressing.

They had delicious GF bread with my GF pasta. They double checked their Cajun seasoning when I asked (brought it to me to confirm). Wonderful find while on my mountain vacation! I’m sensitive celiac and no sickness 24 hrs later!

The place was packed with a short wait. We knew we were in the right place! Our server, Colleen, was great and took excellent care of us. The GF options are not marked, but Colleen walked me through my choices. They have a GF spaghetti with a number of preparations, pizzas, and bread. The bread was warm and soaked up my personal balsamic dipping oil deliciously. I had the ribeye with veggies, which included a salad. My hubby had a yummy artichoke and mushroom pasta which he devoured. Excellent family run restaurant. Highly recommended.

My family and I visited while on vacation. The gluten-free bread is the best I have ever had! Even my kids thought it was good. The server was extremely knowledgeable about gluten, and she took care making my salad (the servers are the ones that get the salads and soups). I got the seafood pizza, which for the price, was loaded with seafood. I personally would go with pasta next time (Udi's crust or something similar), but I wasn't in any way unsatisfied with I got. My gluten-eating family all enjoyed their food as well.

A great gf place to eat if you’re craving Italian! I had the gf spaghetti with carbonara and it was delicious. I also had their caprese salad as an appetizer and a Cesar salad with no croutons. They seemed very knowledgeable.

We stopped in for dinner and they only had gf pizza and gf spaghetti. My son chose the spaghetti and he said it was just ok. Nothing special. They did have gluten free bread which we had to order and they charged $5 for which is normal.

My family and I were in Bryson City this weekend. I have celiac and heard this restaurant had great options. The food was delicious! So good that we went there both days we were in town. They also have gluten free bread to dip in oil. I had the blacked shrimp pasta day one and a burger the next. Not only was I happy but my husband and kids loved their non-gluten free meals too. Will definitely go there next time we visit to mountains.

Highly recommend - I have Celiac's and not only did they have fantastic gluten free bread, but many menu options as well. I had spaghetti with alfredo and it was truly delicious. I am very sensitive to cross contamination and had no reaction. Great food, great wait staffed, very impressed!
Yes
Very delicious and they are very knowledgeable and helpful. My favorite place.
This place was delicious and I did not get sick! I had the gluten free margarita pizza, alerted my server of my allergy and he made sure to tell the kitchen so they could avoid cross contamination. Not so much as a tickle in my stomach afterwards

Absolutely fabulous! Best g-free bread I've ever had! Pasta w blackened shrimp was delicious too. Service is excellent. Our waiter was very mindful of the gluten issues. Highly recommend!
Wonderful place to eat. Waitress was knowledgeable about Celiac. I ate GF spaghetti and it was delicious. I did not get sick and I am very sensitive. Will go back.

Got carry out for our fam of 6 (5 of us strictly gf; 2 have confirmed celiacs). Got pizza, salad, pasta, ravioli. Tasted like authentic Italian food, but with a GF twist. Highly impressed!
Yes
Shame on the person who votes 1/5. First, they had a good experience and didn’t get sick, so why the 1/5? The pizza was excellent for a small town Italian joint that also serves g free ravioli and spaghetti. Not the best, but CERTAINLY not the worst. Toppings were excellent to boot. Highly recommend, especially when options are limited.
Yes
Very good GF pizza, they can do the chicken parm GF and the absolute best GF French bread we’ve ever tasted! Which means you can have the yummy subs GF too. Friendly staff who are willing to work with you. We eat there regularly and they’re half an hour away. Celiac husband has never had an issue. Big portions, good prices.

Wow! Finally an excellent Italian meal. Pasta and bread were exceptional. Staff was knowledgeable. I'm super sensitive and had no problem. Too full for desert BUT next time, desert first. This means another trip to Bryson City.
Yes
The staff was friendly. The worst gluten free pizza crust I’ve ever had. Toppings were good but I would not recommend for gf pizza.
Knowledgeable staff & kitchen. Many options, celiac safe prep & delicious. Highly recommend.
Yes
They have awesome gluten free options, I got the gf ravioli and it was delicious. You can pretty much make anything in the menu G-free.
Pasqualino’s was recommended to me by a local. They gluten free spaghetti, penne, and even ravioli. They also have gf pizza. I got the blackened chicken with gf spaghetti. They also have a chocolate torte for dessert, but I was too full to try it!
