2020 Update: many of the old cooks and staff members are gone now, and the new staff basically throws flour all over the kitchen. Nothing is prepared separately or safely anymore, and we no longer feel safe eating here.

Owner and all staff, even if they speak in broken English, understand what gluten free means and can guarantee both that what you order is safe and that what's brought to your table is what you ordered prepared separately just for you. The pakoras are done with only chickpea flower and are delicious! Certain items on the indo-Chinese menu have a wheat-containing soy sauce, but the rest of the menu is safe, excepting the breads. We LOVE eating here and have never been glutened.

All the waiters are very knowledgable about GF preparation. The paneer pekora and all the sauces were GF, and I was told most entrees can be prepared GF. I ordered the Mango chicken after the appetizer and it was great. I also have enough for lunch tomorrow. There were six in our party and everyone enjoyed their meal and the garlic-herb nasn. Naan is not GF.

Was disappointed to find out they couldn't offer me anything to eat because the chef had already made all of the sauces and prepped all of the food for the evening and used msg in everything! I had coffee while the rest of the table ate supper. We had booked an entire table in advanced and was assured that I would have a good selection of gluten free food and the chef could make anything considering my food allergies. Not too happy to find this was not the case.

The waiter was knowledgeable about gluten and made helpful suggestions. He said the same fryer was used for battered and pastry items and recommended an appetizer made with chickpea flower that wasn't deep fried. Tasty food and nice atmosphere.

I have been here several times and always have had a good experience. This was my first time post-diagnoses (Celiac). Asked the waiter what I could and couldn't have, he asked the chef. The chef actually came and pointed out what I couldn't have on the buffet. Most everything was OK for me. Highly recommended!
