The chef is celiac and makes his own GF bread. The kitchen is shared but separate work space and cookware for GF. My daughter had the French toast and loved it. We even ordered 2 loaves of GF bread to go.

The staff knew about celiac disease and didn’t put my gluten free bread in the toaster for my eggs Benedict vegetarian style. Served with grilled potatoes and didn’t get sick. Will go again - delicious!
