They no longer have gf items and we're not apologetic about it.

This has been my go-to GF bakery on Kauai for a couple of years...went today and was told they are no longer doing any gluten free.

After all of the reviews, I stopped in to buy a sandwich. Their rolls for sandwiches are made with garbanzo flour. I can't eat legumes so I couldn't get a sandwich. They only had two other gluten free items. ...coconut coffee cake loaf and chocolate coffee cake loaf. These 2 GF items were on the top shelf immediately next to regular items. The cost was almost $5 for a baby loaf. I was very let down and didn't get anything. There were many safe locations to eat in Kapaa that I wasn't going to risk this place. They are now closed on Sunday.

Super yummy gf coffee cakes are to die for! They even have a gluten free bread roll for sandwiches. It seems small at first, but they pack meat and veggies on it to make up for the size. I wish I could take this bakery home with me! They store the gf items on the top shelf to prevent cross contamination and the change their gloves when making sandwiches.

Some gluten free items, but they close at 2pm. We had some of their mini cakes ($3.75) that were placed above the gluten-ful items. No issues with feeling sick, but the flavor was bitter as many gluten-free baked goods often are.
