We found this Restaurant here on Find Me Gluten Free. We tried it and fell in love with it! The manager, Star, staff, and sushi chefs are outstanding. They totally understand Celiac Disease. They can modify many menu items to make it Gluten Free and they take all the precautions to ensure no cross contamination. Make sure to tell them that you have Celiac Disease or a Gluten allergy and they will take great care of you!!
